Our History

Instituto Mundo Verde (IMV) was born out of the Mundo Verde PCS Network of schools in Washington, DC. Established to support the growth of our educators, schools, and education practices, IMV quickly evolved into a broader initiative. Since 2021, we have been dedicated to sharing The Mundo Verde Way—our holistic, inquiry-based approach to education—with educators nationwide. By focusing on access, sustainability, and community, we aim to transform classrooms and empower educators across the U.S., supporting a diverse tapestry of learners.

Our History
